Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for bookings made through It’s All Moving LLC’s online booking system or by phone/email.
1. Deposits
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
2. Cancellations by You
- 72 hours or more before your scheduled move: Full deposit refund.
- 24-72 hours before your scheduled move: [Insert policy, e.g., 50% of deposit refunded / deposit forfeited].
- Less than 24 hours before your scheduled move: Deposit is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your move at no charge if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less notice will be accommodated when possible but may be treated as a cancellation and new booking if no suitable time is available.
4. Cancellations by It’s All Moving LLC
If we must cancel or reschedule your move due to circumstances such as severe weather, vehicle issues, or other events outside our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:
- A full refund of any deposit paid, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional charge
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (via PayPal) within 5-10 business days of approval.
6. Changes to Scope of Work
If the actual scope of your move differs significantly from what was quoted (e.g., additional items, access issues not previously disclosed), pricing may be adjusted on moving day. This is not treated as a cancellation, and the deposit remains applied toward the adjusted total.
7. Weather and Safety-Related Delays
For everyone’s safety, we may delay or reschedule a move due to hazardous weather or road conditions. In these cases, the rescheduling terms in Section 3 apply, and no cancellation fee is charged.
