It’s All Moving LLC provides moving services in Commerce City, Denver, and the surrounding Front Range area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change and confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Quotes
- Quotes provided through our website or booking system are estimates based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed final prices unless confirmed in writing.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual weight, volume, distance, additional services requested, or conditions encountered on moving day (e.g., stairs, long carries, parking restrictions).
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment of any required deposit, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your move, including inventory, addresses, and access conditions (stairs, elevators, parking, etc.)
- Ensure someone authorized is present at both pickup and delivery locations
- Disclose any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items in advance — we reserve the right to refuse transport of such items
- Ensure payment is made in accordance with agreed terms
4. Liability and Valuation Coverage
As a Colorado-registered household goods carrier, It’s All Moving LLC’s liability for loss or damage to your belongings is governed by Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) regulations. We are not liable for:

7. Referral/Affiliate Program
If you were referred to us through our affiliate program, referral commissions are paid according to our internal referral terms and do not affect the price you pay for services.
